Booking

Thank you for your interest in booking BROKEN WALLS. Bookings should be made at least eight months prior to the event in order to secure a date that will work for both Broken Walls and the group or individual (host) responsible for making the booking. We do, however, occasionally have available dates that can be booked through our office on shorter notice.

We ask for travel expenses (including airline tickets) to be covered by the host and for a place to stay, food, and local transportation while in your area.

We here at Broken Walls do not want finances to be an obstacle to our participation in your event. For this reason we have changed our requirements to make it easier for people to book with us. In addition to travel costs we request a minimum of 3800.00 USD. We are willing to walk in faith with you for a portion of the honorarium by accepting 3500.00 and 2 freewill offerings as a second option. Broken Walls is a three-piece band: lead vocals (guitar), bass (bg-vocals), drums. When possible, we to bring our families, an additional guitar player, or Native dancers.

If the host already has a tentative date in mind for an event and would like help in estimating a budget for airline tickets and other expenses, they can call our office. Any prices or travel dates made between Broken Walls and the host would stand only as an estimate, as Broken Walls would make and finalize all travel arrangements around the needs of the ministry.

We prefer ministering at larger gatherings involving the coming together of many churches or organizations in the host’s city or area. We encourage local leaders to join for prayer and preparation in anticipation of what God is going to do to unify the body in their region. We are also open to ministering at other events (churches, outreach, concerts, or times of worship) while in your area, as all parties involved could share travel expenses. We do, however, ask that the total travel time be no longer than five days.
